Chairman Ballard opened the meeting at 7PM with the pledge to the flag.

V. Fairbairn presented an application & survey for a boundary line adjustment between Salvitore DiGiovanni and Robert & Gail Storm on Silas Lake Road. The original boundary line adjustment, approved on 7/2/08 was not recorded due to an incorrect name on the survey and the fact that the property owners revised their plans. Motion to approve was made by B. VonHassel, seconded by N. Reynolds, unanimously approved. Plans were signed and dated.
V. Fairbairn also presented a survey for a boundary line adjustment for property between Robert & Gail Storm and Peter & Antonia Varvatsoulis, also on Silas Lake Road. Motion to approve was made by B. VonHassel, seconded by N. Reynolds, unanimously approved.

Motion to accept the minutes of the 9/3/08 meeting was made by B. VonHassel, seconded by P. Ballard, unanimously approved.

Motion to adjourn was made at 7:30PM by N. Reynolds, seconded by B. VonHassel, unanimously approved.
