TOWN OF HALCOTT PLANNING BOARD

Meeting of October 7, 2009

Sec. N. Reynolds opened the meeting at 7:05PM with the pledge to the flag.

R. Brooks presented paperwork and maps for the subdivision of the Crosby estate. Three acres will be divided off for the Town of Halcott and 5 acres will be divided off for Chris DiBenedetto. The remaining 456.61 acres will be sold to NYCDEP. A public hearing was scheduled for November 4, 2009, at 7PM at the Town Grange.

Motion to accept the minutes of the 8/5/09 meeting was made by A. Johnson, seconded by N. Reynolds, unanimously approved.

Motion to adjourn was made at 7:30PM A. Johnson, seconded by A. Kelder, unanimously approved.
