Meeting of October 3, 2007


Present: Chairman Pete Ballard, Bertha VonHassel, Sec. Nancy Reynolds
Others: Charles Fraiser, Rob Allison


Chairman Ballard opened the meeting at 7PM with the pledge to the flag.

C. Fraiser presented a preliminary survey for a proposed 9 lot major subdivision of property belonging to Anna Kelly on the Elk Creek and Kelly Hill Roads. Mr. Fraiser will contact the Board when a final survey and required reports are complete.

R. Allison presented a survey for a boundary line adjustment on the West Settlement Road; .61 acres of the Nelkin property is to be transferred to Todd Nation, owner of the house that was formerly part of the property. Motion to approve was made by
B. VonHassel, seconded by N. Reynolds, unanimously approved.

Correspondence: Memorandum from Greene County Planning Department concerning
the 239 Review procedure.

Chairman Ballard reported the the Crosby farm is in the process of being sold to a developer. The possibility of creating a zoning law was discussed and will be brought up again at the next meeting.

Motion to adjourn was made at 8PM by B. VonHassel, seconded by N. Reynolds, unanimously approved.
